From a physical perspective, when we use mantra and we strike the tongue up into the upper palate, that actually sends energy up into the brain and the glandular system.

These signals through striking the upper palate become a method of tapping into different aspects of your brain and bringing new facets of yourself online and helping the glandular system secrete in a very powerful way.

How our Program Works

  • Once you enroll, you'll receive an email with a direct link for easy access.
  • Each class will be recorded live on Zoom. Replays will be available if student cannot attend live.
  • The course consists of three 1-hour classes, which will be taught in a one-directional format but will include a real-time chat feature for interaction as well as extra time for sharing. 
    You will also receive assignments throughout the week to work with specific mantras and practices and you will share to group container for coaching and support. 
  • The fourth class will be a live celebration and Q& A anchoring all we have learned over the four weeks allowing participants to seek clarifications and dive deeper into the topics discussed.
